Service Visits There were 3 service writers and 1 car ahead of me, this car belonged to my daughter. We both waited in excess of 15 minutes before someone came over to register our service request. This same thing happened when I was there the last time. I am not at all happy that you don't honor the Apple Gang price for oil change. This was a selling feature when I purchased my car from Trickett. I remember being given a tour of the service dept when I was buying my car and how impressed I was with the friendly staff and proud service writers that I met that day. It made me realize how important my business was to the dealership. Previously when I came in for service the mechanic or service worker took the time to go over my summary report. SInce the dealership changed ownership no one has taken the time to give me feedback on my car's service or made me to feel welcomed or appreciated. I don't understand your reasoning for replacing the knowledgeable service oriented gentlemen in the service area. It is obvious to me the young ladies you have working there now don't show concern or appear to have mechanical experience or knowledge. I am not happy about the changes in your service dept. I can only imagine how things are in the sales area. I am planning to trade my car for a newer model, this year. I love the Honda brand but will absolutely not be trading at your dealership. Now looking at this survey, you still have the Tricket team members listed here. Those guys don't even work there any longer. PITIFUL! More

Amazing service Stephanie Houser did an amazing job, she kept me updated every step of the way, going above and beyond the call of duty. Music City Honda is great, and they were able to fix the problem with my car overheating and oil seal leak, without offering me services I didn’t need. Also Ken the courtesy van driver is very great company to have. Ken greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude, both of the times I rode in the van. Not only did he drop me off at my home after my vehicle was left at the dealership but he came to get me from work to pick my vehicle up after it was repaired. Thanks to all of the Music City Honda team for excellent service!! More
