Poor service experience Went to get my oil changed and the man that was helping me was forcing services on me without even asking me. I felt like I was at Jiffy Lube being conned, which I would never go to. Then, once again, I'm told that I can no longer get my oil changes for $24.50 because you have AGAIN done away with that program. He said that now they are using full synthetic oil and you no longer offer that program. I have been getting full synthetic oil since I purchased my car from you in 2016 and he disagreed stating it was a synthetic blend for that price but that they would not do that anymore. I drive from Mount Juliet to be given honest service and a good deal on my oil changes as I was promised when I purchased my vehicle from you. So disappointed this morning that I decided to go elsewhere. I wrote to the company a week ago and never heard back from them. More
