Bought a 2023 Dodge Durango 42000 miles from sales person Liz. She was very nice and helpful and no pressure and is the only good experience I had at the dealer. However the high pressure sales came in the finance office so do your homework before you go in there to finance….very high pressure….would not disclose prices of options and advised if I did not use their financing, they would charge me 6% more for the sales price….. Got a “we owe” for a body repair but not been done or scheduled 30 days later. Had a warning light come on a couple days later after purchase and now facing a 1300.00 repair bill….I have bought well over 50 cars in my life and this has been the worst experience….It was MY FAULT for not doing my due diligence on vehicle delivery and vehicle research before buying….I would recommend you do not do any surveys or reviews until a few weeks after the delivery/purchase, no matter if they do offer you free gas to do on before you leave the premises. More
