They put me with some other guy and when I went to tell him what me and Loren talked about he said he didn’t want to hear what we had spoke about. Anyways I went on to tell him anyways. We waited a few hours I was then passed off to Loren that had finally arrived. This chick was high! Her pupils were huge she was twitching. As I’m waiting on her to help me she took another couple and the lady stated the obvious to her spouse about this chick being high. Loren finally gets to me hands me a piece of paper and said “call this guy pay him 500 and he will wipe your credit clean. What? I had to ask again. She stated yeah go pay him 500 and he will wipe your credit and then you can drop your car off here and leave in a new one. She told me they do it all the time. No thanks! More

if i could give a 0 star i would, k purchased a Tundra SIX MONTHS ago from Loren, she was the absolute worst to work with, she told me on a phone call " you arent the most pleasant to work with." i myself SIX MONTHS ago from Loren, she was the absolute worst to work with, she told me on a phone call " you arent the most pleasant to work with." i myself am a car salesman, if i have a customer thats unpleasant to work with, i keep it to myself because i'm a PROFESSIONAL. another issue is she told me since i was out of town i wasnt her priority. a paying customer is always a priority. then and there i should've taken my business elsewhere. when getting the car delivered to my house i realized the warranty we agreed on wasn't in the paperwork but the warranty price was still factored into the payment. i called and they told me to sign anyway and they will get it figured out then. THAT WAS SIX MONTHS AGO STILL NO WARRANTY. they've sent me a new contract a couple of months ago but failed to mention, (until i needed to use the warranty on my broken truck that they lied about being in good shape even though deliberately hiding things from me) that the warranty needed to be signed and sent back even though my horrid salesperson Loren said after she sent it to me i didn't need to do anything further. deliberate LIE. i've called the general sales manger (RAY) multiple times through out the month and when he picks (which is close to never) up he always tells the same lie, "yes ill get that handled today" and you guessed it, never does and he ignores my texts. i have an iphone where i can see the times he reads the messages and fails to respond. i call the main store number and leave a message all the time for Mike the GM or Ray, all ways the same xx response "they're in a meeting, or they have someone in their office" ITS A USED CAR LOT I WORK FOR A MAJOR CAR BRAND AND WE CARRY THREE LINES AND MY MANGERS ARE NEVER IN THAT MANY MEETINGS. WE CLOSE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF CARS THEY DO IN A MONTH ITS A LIE ALL THIS DEALER IS FULL OF LIARS . When my car got delivered it had a light on the dash that Loren told me there were no lights on the dash, LIE. the windshield had cracks in it after i asked her that. LIE. and the rear bumper had damage to it when i asked if there was any damage to the truck and i was told no. LIE. not to mention the truck was delivered with trashy stickers on the inside of the door jam that read " This is big xxx wifeys seat" ON MY NEW TRUCK. and the truck was washed with what has to be sandpaper the paint was destroyed on it. TLDR: this dealership is awful. its full of liars and everyone in here will take your hard earned money happily, but ignore you and lie to you once they have everything from you. First of all, this is the shadiest dealership I've ever been to. I should have known when I left my contact information for someone to call me, I got a text from Frankie Messinger at 10:40 pm on a Saturday been to. Still, I drove 7 hours to look at the car I was interested in. I should have never told them I was driving from so far away because I feel they assumed I would have to buy it because I drove that far. I messaged about an hour out to let him know we were almost there. When I got there I ended up with another salesman instead. I drove the car and liked it. He ran my credit and when it came back about 800, he took my insurance info, registration and my title. At the same time, he started pulling out paperwork for me to sign. That threw up red flags. Then another man came over and started asking how much I wanted my payments to be. I couldn't get an answer on how much they were giving me for my trade in, my interest rate, where they were financing it through or even how many years they were expecting me to pay on it. They kept telling me that will all be discussed when I go to see the finance guy. I told them I was very uncomfortable with how this was going and I need more information on terms before I went any further. After more than 3 hours, I finally got to go see the finance guy. Well... that added to the uncomfortable feeling we already had. He and his office did not look the least bit professional either. The longer we were at this dealership, the more uncomfortable we were getting with their lack of professionalism. In the end, I decided not to go through with the purchase. When I went to leave, the salesman came rushing out to tell me he had already taken my plate off my vehicle and put it on the new one. As I waited for him to put it back on, I found him inside the "employees only" glass encased room talking to someone else. They both came back out and started trying to talk me into going through with the purchase. It got to the point where the other man was getting angry because I wouldn't go through with it and told the salesman to just leave me alone because I was "just wasting their time"! After that, they followed us out to my car still trying to talk me into it. As I was pulling away, Frankie came running out, stopped me, and did his best to be friendly and helpful, thinking he could talk me back. He even gave a low wave to get the salesman to keep him away from us. The longer this went on, the more upset I became. Finally, after leaving and getting on the highway, I was still getting calls to come back and finish the purchase. About an hour after leaving, I realized I forgot to get my title back! I left a message for Frankie the next day and asked for them to mail it back to me. Needless to say, he never contacted me. There is nothing there you want bad enough to buy from that place! UPDATE...Two weeks after this disastrous experience, I got a video message from Frankie thanking me for my purchase!! WOW!! Then, I got a phone call 7/6/2022 from someone working at the dealership telling me someone else just found my title upstairs somewhere and would I like it mailed to me! This is a full month after I was there. I told her that I had talked to Frankie since leaving and asked if he would make sure it was sent right out and even texted him to remind him I needed it back. She said it was not Frankie who gave it to her...No surprise there! So, she sent it right out in the mail and it arrived it in no time. I opened the letter and there was a sticky note attached saying, "Sorry for the confusion!". Confusion? I don't think so. Not long after I had that horrible experience at Music City Autoplex, I spent $80 to get a replacement title and found a vehicle I was interested in at Carmax. The experience there was amazing! Completely professional and I dealt with one person the whole time who went through every step of the car buying experience with me. They don't get paid on commission so there is nothing shady or pushy about the place. He even did my trade in and my financing right there on the computer in front of me so I could watch the whole thing! How great is that?! From now on Carmax is my go to company for car buying! More

Test drove it and it rode well; however, I still wanted to check out other options for around the same price. Salesman proceeded to "pretend" to look on his computer what else they had just to inform me that was the best truck for me for the price. Keep the price in mind. It comes in later. I proceed to tell him that I have been looking for a truck like this one for some time and that I am interested in buying but I wanna see the numbers first. He then tells me that he is not gonna go to work for me and get the numbers for me unless I tell him I am buying the truck. First sign that Should have made me walk away, but I trusted the salesman and I liked the truck. Those were the things that kept me there. I asked him if the truck was $33k and change and he says yeah about $37-$38k with taxes. So I tell him if the deal is good enough I will take the truck home with me. Then he goes to the back and starts getting numbers from the financing crew there. He comes out and gives me the numbers and a monthly payment which I thought was too high so I made him get rid of the warranties and I added another $2500 to make the monthly payment get lower. Once we got to a number with the down payment and all I asked him if it was on a 60mo payment plan and he said that it was. I tell him I'll take the truck and he wrote down numbers with a marker on a sheet of paper and made put my initials down. Then the scam starts , They make you sign all kinds of documents but still dont provide any kind of numbers no matter how many times you ask. After signing everything and getting insurance for the vehicle you are about to buy, they take you to pay the down payment. Right after that they take you to a "finance office" where they try to hide everything from you. They know at that point youve signed all those documents and you probably feel like you cant back out of the deal. That is exactly how I felt. Inside that office they make you sign some other papers and they leave the finance papers till the very end, they aren't dumb so they do an electronic signature on the computer that way you have no access to actually look at the numbers and take your time. They scroll thru the pages on the screen with a very quick brief description and just get you to sign as quick as possible. They print out one copy for you of the total for the vehicle but immediately fold it and put it in an envelope so you can't even see it at the moment. That paper still doesnt have most of the numbers like financing terms and such things. The finance guy ( Cody) prints out some papers but tells me the numbers are wrong. Paper prints and it says 72 months and another payment. He reads the number and says 72 months and says "yeah thats not right" to which I answer "it's 60 months right?" And he says "yeah, this is just a copy for us, it's not leaving my office." The last thing they show you is the financing on a computer screen. Where I did catch that magically the truck had gone from $33k to $40k without me even knowing. So I asked him why the price had changed, he then says that it was because I needed to finance 80% of the truck or I didnt qualify (which doesnt make sense honestly because then I could have just put down a lower down payment and still finance 80% of the original price) At this point it was so stressful and I had signed all the documents beforehand and all I could think about was how they got me, they got me, I signed everything thinking I was getting the truck for $33k and now I was being forced to sign for $40k. I sign the papers thinking im still on a 60mo plan. I leave with the truck and a mile down the road the check engine light came on, once I get home I immediately start looking at their reviews and see that they have done this a lot of people. So I start doing the numbers on an online calculator and the numbers werent adding up. I call Cody the next morning and he tells me its a 72mo plan. Immediately I call the lender they used for me and they tell me its a 72 month plan and I request for cancellation because I hadnt yet been approved only pre approved. She tells me I need to contact the dealership and get my down payment back and bring their truck back. I feel relieved knowing that I can get out of it. I start the truck and try to take off the ebrake and its stuck. I try to move the truck and its nothing but grinding sounds from the rear brakes. I call them and they thay say that the service department is closed on Saturdays. I spend about an hour figuring out whats wrong and fixing the truck outside in the rain so I can take it back to them. Once I get there I explain to them everything they did and how they got me paying $7k more than what it was and an extra year of payments and that I have already called the lender and they told me to bring it back. They tell me to come back on monday, I come back on monday and tell all of them together that they all lied and they shut me down saying other stuff. They all play dumb and pretend to not know what youre talking about. I hold my ground and keep asking for a refund and the manager tells me I can either trade the truck in for less value or leave it there and lose my whole down payment which was $12.5k..... i keep telling him how they lied to me and he says that it doesnt matter what they told me, I signed on 72 months and thats what I got. I tell him I have no car buying experience and he tells me "You have experience reading." I keep asking him to just return the money because I did not want to have to fight about any of it and we can put everything behind us. He tells me im not getting a penny back. So I leave and call the lender again and they tell me they have 100% cancelled the loan the rest of the process is up to the dealer. They try to send me documents with different payment plans and stuff which told me they were desperate and needed me to sign again in order for me to keep the truck. So i refuse and tell him they can even keep partial money for the return (i felt like it was my last option) i didnt wanna have to do that after everything they did. Finally after going back and forth all of monday they call me back to tell me they can give me the money back and keep some. So I got $10k back and they kept $2500 and the truck. I thought paying $2500 to get out of the scam was better than having to pay the whole thing. Please do not go here, look at other reviews. They are all basically the same. They add thousands of dollars to the price without you knowing and add more months to payment plans. I made this one very detailed because I want people to know how they are all involved in it but play dumb when confronted. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
