I applied over the phone and submitted all requested documentation. My application was approved. I traveled from GA to pick up the vehicle. I had the vehicle about 13 days. Of course insurance was purchased and other expenses occurred during the time the vehicle was in my possession. I received a call from the finance manager that the lender would not finance my deal. The dealership refunded only my partial down payment all other funds were a loss for me around $875. Make sure before you drive off it is a real approval and not conditional. Save yourself the wasted time, money, and embarrassment. More

We had a great experience with my recent vehicle purchase on February 8, 2025. After researching a few vehicles in stock, I called the dealership to set up a visit and was connected with April Kennedy, who s on February 8, 2025. After researching a few vehicles in stock, I called the dealership to set up a visit and was connected with April Kennedy, who scheduled an appointment for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman outside who walked me to the service desk and introduced me to April. She was just as welcoming in person as she had been over the phone and even followed up with me on the day of the appointment prior to my arrival. Due to some scheduling conflicts, I had to adjust my appointment time twice, but each time, April was happy to accommodate the changes. When making a major purchase, I tend to be thorough and selective. I requested test drives for a couple of different vehicles, and for the one I ultimately purchased, I test-drove it three times. April was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was considering. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision by either April or the sales manager. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, the paperwork process was quick and easy. We were not pressured into adding anything we didn’t want, which I truly appreciated. A couple days after my purchase April followed up to thank us for our business and to offer assistance if we ever need it.
