Mr. Buck was amazing and Mr. Dixon was great. He answered all my questions and was helpful. They both deserve credit for integrity and respect. I had 2 problems that bothered me. One, to pay cash for a vehicle and be penalized is ridiculous. You buy vehicles wholesale “if you’re talented” and sell retail. That’s how your company prospers. To have your salesmen try to convince uneducated ppl that your only source of profit is to finance and penalize those who want to purchase without following your orders is stupid and bad business. I bought my truck b/c I knew ALL numbers and I was still ok with part of “stupid tax” for coming to music city scamplex. Sad that you have decent employees but terrible business practice. My second issue was how unappreciated I was treated by your “finance” guy. I don’t need to elaborate just watch your cameras and it all speaks for itself. More
