As soon as we pulled up April was there to greet us with a friendly smile! She asked what we were looking for (we already had the cars we wanted to see and test drive) she said she would get them up for us a friendly smile! She asked what we were looking for (we already had the cars we wanted to see and test drive) she said she would get them up for us and offered us a drink or ice cream. First we test drove the Buick (me) and it was super quick trip and she really let us take our time looking at the car. She was super patient with two of our kids who definitely can stress anyone out. Second we test drove the Ford (husband) and again, super quick and easy to thoroughly look at everything and test drive it. We of course fell in love with both vehicles as these were everything we were looking for. Now time to talk numbers…super quick with getting all our information and going to their finance department. We got the numbers where we were comfortable so we started the signatures in order to get out. We got there around noon and left around 3:30, which we were actually expecting it to take longer. It was nice even with two kids. There was a play room for my youngest and a ping pong table and ice cream for my oldest! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They treated us so well, every employee that we passed said “hello” and smiled. Even when my kids were everywhere. 10/10 recommend. More
