Very professional and informative. We bought the vehicle from Murray but live in Green Cove Springs. They made it right I came in on a Saturday morning appointment to get an oil change and have my transmission flushed. After 2 hours, they came and told me they could no I came in on a Saturday morning appointment to get an oil change and have my transmission flushed. After 2 hours, they came and told me they could not find the fittings for the transmission flush and asked if I wanted to replace a missing tire pressure sensor. I said sure and they came back a few minutes later and said they did not have a part to do the replacement and asked nicely if I could come back Monday, which I did. The staff there Monday made sure I got the transmission flushed and the sensor replaced, and even gave me a break on the overall costs due to my having to come back a second time. I would highly recommend Murray Ford Superstore's service department. They were professional and courteous to the extreme. More
