Came to our aid We were on our way to Charlotte NC for Christmas after stopping for gas and restarting the car the instrument cluster was black. We pulled off the ro We were on our way to Charlotte NC for Christmas after stopping for gas and restarting the car the instrument cluster was black. We pulled off the road and tried restarting the car several times but no luck so we figured we would find our way with out the help of GPS. 5 minutes up the road we saw Murray Ford and pulled in. The service tech was already gone for the day but Carol Still came out and worked her magic, she got the system rebooted and we were on our way arriving safely and able to have a fun filled holiday with our children, grand children and great children. We can thank Carol enough for her assistance!!! More
