This is what the service manager sent me after this review… how sad… Good evening; well I hope you feel better, definitely not the first time I personally have tried to help someone stranded out of town! Oh and yes, you forgot to mention, the warranty you purchased was not a ‘bumper to bumper’ , also it was your warranty company inspector that came out and verified what needed to be repaired; otherwise we’d not been able to move forward and lastly, you didn’t mention the Ramon noodles left in the trunk, and box of cereal left in the passenger front floor board and the vehicle sitting here for well over two weeks after being repaired. Not mad at you for your frustration at all. Just be honest enough to state all the facts in your review of me. The xxxx tie rods were not even tight!! My kid could have died! And you want to talk to me about noodles In the trunk?? We are all not promised tomorrow; and being that I personally didn’t work on your vehicle; I’d think it necessary to lay blame on technicians; and not one sole person( ie, My Name) but all good, I did however, apologize to your wife and daughter, and did remove the items left by whom ever took the trip down to Florida, I’m just curious, when do you hold the dealership where you bought the car in the first place somewhat responsible for it ever being broke down after purchasing it with an inspection done before you purchased it back then so soon to have broken down and not even owning it 90 days. Hmmm Your response to my daughters safety in regards to your making her vehicle safe to get on the road is “We are not promised tomorrow?” Are you drunk?. You sure don’t think about what you say before you say it. Can’t believe you’re in customer service? Wow!!!!
