I had a very favorable experience with the dealership. I worked with Brent and he was excellent! He gave me the information I needed on the truck they had and also provided information on the truck I was co worked with Brent and he was excellent! I felt comfortable enough to get a loan without seeing the truck in person so I came with a check. He had done the preparations and I was in and out with the keys in a half hour. Great job! After I got a 2nd salesman assigned, I rec'd much better service than from the original salesman and the internet guy. Their service department is terrible. They did a major repair on my vehicle and left bolts off and the leak was worse. Then I take it back and get a few miles down the road and my coolant is extremely lo repair on my vehicle and left bolts off and the leak was worse. Then I take it back and get a few miles down the road and my coolant is extremely low. They never let the engine properly warm after the repair. Very disappointed and I feel like the nice truck I bought is a waste of money because of their poor workmanship. Please if anyone has work done by them check your vehicle after a repair! More
