Found a car on the web went and test drove it, got a price quote. Continued to shop around. They contacted me a couple days later wanting know what I wanted the out the door price to be at. I gave them the number I wanted, they came back with the counter offer that was lower than that and sent it to me in writing. I told them I could be at the dealership in 20 minutes and then I was headed that way. JD the manger told me it was getting detailed now for me. Upon arriving at the dealership, a different manager came out and told me oh it was sold last night. Yeah right! I do not like the lies and will not tolerate lying. More

Frank worked hard to find the perfect truck for us, we came in on a Sunday and were treated courteously from the moment we stepped in the door by Rachel Nazworth. He was very professional in answering any questions we had, he was personable and friendly as well. I did have to take the truck back for service the following Monday, every one I encountered was very polite, and helpful in making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, the diagnostic was taking longer than anticipated, the service department kept me abreast of the situation and I was put in a loaner so that I could go get lunch and take care of anything else I needed to do while I waited. I ended up having to be assigned a loaner for 2 nights, it was a truck very comparable to my own in features and luxury. Jess was efficient, friendly and informative in getting me in the truck and on my way. I live 2 hours away so finding out they offer delivery service at no charge was an unexpected delight! That process with Jess was simple enough and my truck was delivered bright and early this morning. I am overjoyed with my purchase and I am impressed with the professionalism I experienced from everyone I encountered, even personnel not directly involved with my situation made sure I was being taken care of. I truly felt like a VIP throughout the whole transaction from the hunt for my vehicle down to having my truck delivered to me.
