I bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. We made the deal and they put on Rubicon tires at no cost. I thought, "Great, these guys really care". The tire pressure sensors were nonfunctional or missing (I don't know their method of action). I brought the vehicle in and was told that they were ordering the parts and they would call me. 2 weeks later - no call! I called and spoke to Ramon. He was polite and respectful but said he was told NOT to order the parts and that I was told to take it to Chrysler and have them program it. I was never told this. At about that time, I received a survey in my email. I called Murray Ford and told the lady that I wasn't sure what to do because it seems like Murray doesn't care about their customers after the sale. Would they like to resolve my issue prior to me filling out the survey. She hung up on me and refused to answer calls from my phone number. I was not rude or insolent and did not raise my voice, although it may have rung of frustration. Brent did great, but of course he just had a baby and has had more important things to tend to.

Christopher, Thank you for the response! I will check on this for you, you are correct, the Sales Associate is typically the person that keeps everything moving forward on items like this, but with Brent being out with the Baby I can see why there may have been a lack of communication. I am glad to hear that we upgraded your wheel and tire package to a Rubicon set! I am a Jeep owner as well, and my best guess is the tire sensors have to be matched to your Jeep when the wheel and tire swap happened. I have seen it done on mine and it is a pretty easy fix, that is if the sensors where in the Rubicon wheels and tires and they are compatible. It may have to be performed at our sister store however, I am not sure the programmers are universal. Being a Ford store I am not sure if we have the correct equipment, but I will check for you to see what needs to be done and where. Let me check on this for you, and get the details of the situation, and what I can do to assist! I am confident we can get this taken care of for you! Thank you, Bruce
