I have always dreaded buying a car, but this was the most pleasant experience, it was like working with pe and the finance Manager was Mike McKenzie. I was unhappy about parts of the negotiations. I agreed to come up on my down payment by $2000 if they would be able to come down and we would both meet in the middle. I didn't find that out until I go to the finance office to sign the paperwork. There are cosmetic issues with the vehicle that I was willing to overlook if they would be willing to meet me in the middle with being fair and coming down in their price. That didn't happen which has weighed on my mind over the last week and not left a great impression. More
I bought a vehicle recently and purchased a three-year warranty The service department will not fix windshield wipers that won’t shut off and give me a courtesy car so I can go to work. It makes it impossible for me to have this fixed. I’m not spending a whole day off work sitting at the dealership wondering whether not they’re gonna be able to fix it. with no timeline as to when the vehicles even gonna gonna get fixed. my family has purchased many vehicles from this dealership over the years, so I was very disappointed to get that kind of service. The gentleman I talk to you over the phone was very understanding and did a great job sympathizing with my concern so xxxxxxto him. This policy needs to be fixed and so do my windshield wipers. They acted as a broker and obtained my asking price on my custom Harley, about $1500 over KBB. I bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The team acted as a broker and obtained my asking price for my custom Harley (about $1,500 over KBB), and I traded for a Jeep Wrangler. The one hiccup we had, was the tire pressure sensors were bad. After some mis-communication, the Murray team, collectively resolved the issues. Their Jeep team replaced the bad sensors and now my Jeep is perfect!
