I know I am a difficult person to sell to. I'm particular and like to wait and think before I make a decision. I also ask lots of questions and want to see all the options. I then like to sit back and make sure what I am choosing will fit my needs. All the members I dealt with at Murray were professional and patient with me. No high pressure, but they consistently kept in contact with me, always asking what more I needed to know. Armando handled all my calls and texts like a pro. After the sale, he took the time to show my wife and me all the truck's features and helped us set up the apps, always with a smile no matter how annoying I was. Bryan, the sales manager, took the time to give my 6-year-old swag that he absolutely loved and provided the last feature that convinced my wife this was the right truck and place to buy from. More
