Loyalty When you are quoted a price over the phone and the manager can't even hold up to that price when you get back with them in regards to a sale. Everyone from Amir, Veronimo, Amy, Brian, and the Finance Director Rick, have been such a great help! It gives me peace of mind to know that I will be assisted each step of the way from choosing the right car to taking control of the car, driving it off the lot, understanding the techinical things, and getting the right rate. I would not normally take the time to write a review, good or bad. But, in the case of my 21 yr old son purchasing his first truck last night. I could not say enough positive things about the experienc good or bad. But, in the case of my 21 yr old son purchasing his first truck last night. I could not say enough positive things about the experience and staff at this dealership. We had been looking for days for the right truck and the right price. We just stopped by this dealership on our way somewhere else and they made us a deal we could not refuse. But, the great thing was there was absolutely no pressure, no games, etc. I really appreciate real numbers and real facts. After giving us a great deal they even voluntarily filled truck with gas..$98.00. They also included a three month or 4000 mile warranty for free. Nice.....even though I don't live in Starke, I will be back, it's worth the drive to deal with people of integrity. More
My husband and I were in the market for a new Ford Explorer. When we arrived to this dealership we had already done our research and had a good idea of price of the new vehicle as well as my trade in Explorer. When we began discussing finances the salesman offered us less than half any other offer for my trade in and when we told him the other offer we received he laughed at us and told us that we were full of xxxx! This was not appreciated and once we were spoke to in this manner we no longer had any interest in doing business with this dealership. And this was not the first time my husband and I had attempted to do business with Murray Ford (Starke, FL) and walked away dissatisfied with the customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. More

In my opinion, these folks set the standard by which all auto buying experiences should be gauged. I believe that the no pressure laid back approach is what folks are looking for as well as the best price they can get on their purchase and I think the staff at this dealership has nailed the process down. Generally, I think people know what kind of car or truck they want when they go into a dealership because of the research tools we have available to us today but in the end, it’s the level of confidence that people feel when they make their decision that ultimately wins customers over. What better advertising could you ask for than the testimonies of experience? Well done…don’t change a thing…others should sit up and take notice of how a dealership should operate... More
