Never Murray Ford!!!! I went to this dealership in February of 2016 to purchase my first and last Ford vehicle. When I went I had perfect credit and a score over 800. Today I went to this dealership in February of 2016 to purchase my first and last Ford vehicle. When I went I had perfect credit and a score over 800. Today thanks to Murray Ford, Fords and Ford Motor Credit I no longer have perfect credit, a credit score near 800 or the Ford truck. After having Ford Motor credit pushed on me by the sales manager verses using my bank (Vystar) I decided to let them run the loan with Ford Motor Credit. I waited for my invoice to make my first payment ....after some time and no invoice I finally called Ford Motor Credit who then told me that I was late on my payment. After explaining that I didn't get an invoice, no account number, no address to send payment he simple said no issue just make you payment now by phone for an additional charge. NO! Send me my invoice and do it on time. Mailed check the next day. Got concerned when no invoice showed up the next month so at this point I have had 6 people tell me how Ford Motor Credit messed up their credit..... so I got worried and decided rather than take a chance I would send them the balance...pay it off ....54,000.00 paid......done. Paid off within 3 months of purchasing it. One year later the truck shuts off in the middle of Hwy 40. No warning, no issues, just going down the road and shuts off. Almost caused a major wreck and it's 90° hottest day we had in 2017 at that point and I can actually see Murray Ford from where I set....like half a mile if that. I call the ford place explain my situation and the fact that they should be able to see me from where they are....they tell me they can't help me that I have to call a service number 😓😤....really? Joke right? Nope!!!!! 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 So I call....they will have a tow truck come as soon as one can come get me....after I answer many silly almost survey questions 😤😤😤😤😤. I set.....1 hour. So as soon as my truck got fixed under warranty.....I traded it..... Done! Never again Murray Ford or Ford vehicle. Then I find they have posted a ding OVER 30 days late on my credit. After calling Mr. Murray, Ford Motor Credit and talking with Murray Ford in Kingsland trying to get it corrected....no one will help and basically tell me my problem. So if you just feel the need to take a chance on a vehicle and buy a ford don't do it from a Murray Ford, never ever use Ford Motor Credit and do not believe ALL the positive reviews on here. Customer Service I just want to say that my salesman Jose Olvera is such a wonderful salesman he was very friendly and worked hard to get me the best price for my mont I just want to say that my salesman Jose Olvera is such a wonderful salesman he was very friendly and worked hard to get me the best price for my monthly payment that fit in my spending limit he was EXTREMELY patient with me while i test drove a few cars and he answered all the questions that i had. I just want to say thank you Jose! i love my escape! Also a BIG shout out to my favorite person in quick service is Rob Spiewak he is awsome i never have a problem when he is present in the quick service office. He is always sure to get my car in and out in a timely manner i brought my escape in today because the bottom came off due to me having to drive through flood type water in my driveway. I brought it in and spoke with Rob and he got it taken back immediately and in like 5 mins the car was back and fixed. It took no time at all, which was great cause i had my child with me. Thank you Rob for all your help! Just want to tell ford NEVER let these two employees go or itll be a loss to the company! More
