Purchase of Ford F250. The Salesperson, Shane, was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The dealership did not have a vehicle with all of the options we desired. Shane searched a 400 mile radius to find the vehicle with the options we requested and then brought it to the dealership from 300 miles away. He patiently answered every question. Wasn't planning on buying a truck today, but... Like the title says, my wife and I were not planning on purchasing a new truck today. This was supposed to be a fact finding mission. We wanted to l Like the title says, my wife and I were not planning on purchasing a new truck today. This was supposed to be a fact finding mission. We wanted to look at two Chevrolet Silverado trucks at two different dealerships. Ironically, they were both located at Ford dealerships. The first was at Santa Fe Ford in Alachua. The salesman there was very nice black gentleman. He was knowledgeable, and there was no pressure. The first truck was a 2015 Silverado. We drove it and liked it but the mileage was at the top of my range and there were a few significant scratches on it. We wanted to look at the one at Murray before we committed so we drove to Starke and I am glad we did. We were greeted by Salesman Daniel Lazzaro. Daniel allowed us to drive the silver 2016 Silverado and my wife really liked it. I had already done my homework so I knew what the ballpark price would be and when the figures came back Daniel was in that ballpark. He was a little low on what they wanted to give for my trade but you never get as much on trade as you do if you sell it outright. Therefore, we kept her old truck. We got a good warranty on the 2016 that other dealerships didn't offer. The truck was in great shape, it had half as many miles and did I mention my wife loved the truck??? I guess we are buying her a new truck today. We signed the paperwork and since it was late, (banks were already closed), he allowed us to take the truck home. The next day we took them a check for the vehicle. There was no pressure and it didn't take up a bunch of my time. There also was another salesman that assisted Daniel. His name escapes me at the moment but he was a big black fella that looks like he could play for the Jaguars. He also was a gem of a fella.
