Very freindly staff and know their product well. Was met by Shane on arrival to look at a used Explorer but with the Ford cash incentives bought a brand new one instead! Aggravated, pushed around. Dealing with the sales man was nice. Good guy. Can’t exactly remember his name. I bought a 2017 F150. It was right at closing time. I was promised a f Dealing with the sales man was nice. Good guy. Can’t exactly remember his name. I bought a 2017 F150. It was right at closing time. I was promised a full detail cause on my way out salesman noticed some swirls on the paint. On my way home I noticed I didn’t have any floor mats in the new truck. Mentioned it to him threw text message. He took care of that couple days later when I brought it up for detail. I dropped it off came back had floor mats and no detail. I drove home and expressed myself about it to him. Couple days later I got a faulty tire sensor. Took it to them. Rob “fixed” it and I went on my way. To this day it still goes in and out telling me it’s bad and other times acts normal. Bout two weeks after that a LED light strip they purchased and installed as part of the sport package I bought. The lights were burning out. I tried several times to take it in there but the people they get the light from didn’t want to drive to starke for one light. (Poor customer care in my opinion) so I waited another three weeks before I finally got the call back from carol a manager there. They got the light in. In the meantime I have a factory recall for door latches. Well now I want to take it in there and get it all taken care of at one time. Well “ it takes someone with brains for that recall” so I have yet to have this taken care of. That was after I was told ide be called when the parts come in for that recall and never heard from them after calling once a week. Because of my hassles with the customer service I have received I took the truck up to do the LED strip for warrenty work and I will not go back there. Because I was getting pushed around so much I started doing it all three text. I still have all of those between salesman and manager. Kaden was my salesman. Sorry didn’t want to back space to the top. More
