Not what we thought the problem was F250 had vibration in front end at speeds 60+. Tires had been rotated and "balanced" twice before, so we knew it was something else. Christy was great! We traded in our car for a very nice 2017 vehicle. Before arrival, I gave ourselves about a 4% chance of completing a deal. Christy was fantastic. She was there to help us. First time I've been to a dealership where we didn't feel any pressure during the whole visit. We told Murray where we needed to be and they did whatever they could to get us there. Once we were done with the purchase, Christy then began to help us reinstall our baby seat in the car. Something she didn't have to do, but she did it anyways. It was a pleasure to work with her and Murray Ford. I'm so glad we made the trip down there. More

I went online and looked at what they had and set up a appointment with Shane (sales associate) He was very knowledgeable..I thought at first, he was kinda young, but he proved to know his stuff... I was very impressed with him.. Every question was answered. After we purchased the truck, he went out of his way to assist me in getting everything out of my old truck.. Murray had the right truck and the right price.. Joey Faulkner the finance manage went out of his way to assist us in our financing the new truck... I work 2 jobs and rarely have time to come and wait for “ first come first serve“ i tried to get the vehicle serviced at 7400 miles because i was going on a road trip but that was a solid “nope” from the service department, so i ended up having to come 2 weeks later with 8400 on the vehicle. Not at all easy for a working family with 1 family vehicle. More
