Rick Oster is incredible!! When my fiance expressed how much he wanted to have an F-150, I knew the person I needed to contact and that was Rick Oster. I have known Rick persona When my fiance expressed how much he wanted to have an F-150, I knew the person I needed to contact and that was Rick Oster. I have known Rick personally and professionally for many years and if there was anyone that I knew that would look out for our best interest, it would be him. I had bought an F-150 from Duval Ford back in 2005 and it was probably one of the worse experiences I had ever had buying a vehicle in my life. Beginning with the mgr who sold it to me making all these promises on getting things fixed with it being used. THANKFULLY, I had the yellow slip filled out and signed by him because the same day I drove off with it, he had gotten a DUI the same night. Then driving it around for almost a month without finalizing the deal was even more of a joke. I had to call the finance mgr at the time to ask when could I come in and finish it as I was getting nervous. Once I did go in, my payment was NOT what I was told it would be but what was I going to do, I had already had it for a month. Then came the yellow slip.......that took almost another 8 months to get completed. Long story short....I had said that I would NEVER buy another Ford product ever again and I would tell everyone I knew to NEVER go to DUVAL FORD. Back in 2012, Rick restored my faith in buying a car when I went to where he was at and purchased a car from him. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. So, now with going against what I had originally said, I went to see Rick. Once again, he did what he does best and that is making sure that you are taken care of from beginning to end. We not only bought a 2018 F-150 on the 11th of June but also purchased me a new 2018 Ford Focus SEL. I wish I could say that I went to Murray Ford because it was a Ford dealership but then I would not be honest. We went because of Rick Oster. He knows his stuff!!!! Makes it happen and anyone that has bought from him can most definitely tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. It's just not about "making a bunch of promises and not fulfilling them". We also purchased gap, service maintenance and extended warranties on both vehicles as we completely trust that Rick has OUR best interest. We haven't heard from the dealership Thanking us for our purchase BUT we have heard from Rick THANKING us for choosing Murray and for purchasing not one but TWO vehicles. More

Repeat Ford Customer Shane is knowledgeable,trustworthy and always greets us with a smile. Listens to our needs and finds what we want. Joey worked with us on finance last time and he was exceptional as well. We worked with Rick in finance this time, I prefer working with Joey hands down. Rick rushes and is high pressure sales, he needs to slow down, he is friendly but slammed the phone down three times while we were in his office because it rang, he could have simply turned down the ringer or said excuse me and let them know up front he had customers in his office. With that said -I would still recommend Murray Ford in Starke. More

Made new car buying as painless as possible Clean facilities, stock, and great customer service. After agreeing on a fair price and generous tradein value they had to dealer trade for the mustan Clean facilities, stock, and great customer service. After agreeing on a fair price and generous tradein value they had to dealer trade for the mustang I wanted. This process went smoothly and upon delivery the vehicle was immaculate. As for employees I worked with Russell who was possibly the nicest and most bearable salesman Ive ever met, very polite and respectful to customers while never coming across as pushy or overbearing. Amir the manager is an honorable man of uncommon integrity and by the end of the interaction he had earned my respect. Let me explain. During price negotiations the dealership incorrectly applied a $500 aged inventory rebate to the vehicle I was purchasing. This mistake was not caught until after the final sale of the vehicle and Rick (who I imagine is excellent at selling gap) slyly attempted for me to "resign." The issue was dealt with very quickly by Amir who did not hesitate to let me go with the vehicle at the price we agreed upon. Any man of lesser integrity would have pressured me to resign but instead Amir gave up $500 in profit to do what was morally upstanding. Im not certain if Ford dealerships have manager awards but I couldnt imagine a manager more deserving than Amir. More
