Murray Ford Kingsland responded

First, let me apologize to Mrs. Arlene on behalf of Murray Ford for feeling this way. Mrs. Arlene promised us two keys to her trade-in, and traditionally this isn't a issue. Unfortunately this vehicle had a safety mechanism on the key which didn't allow the vehicle to start without it being attached. The first key malfunctioned, so the only functional key was the one she hadn't turned in yet. Mrs. Arlene informed us after several attempts to reach her the key was lost. We then offered her a girft card if she could find the key due to the fact the aftermarket safety mechanism couldn't be uninstalled easily. Mrs. Arlene found the key the next day. Upon receiving the key we were promised at the time of the deal we gave Mrs Arlene a gift card within four business days to the place of her choice. We truly felt we treated Mrs. Arlene very well and fullfiled our promises. We insured Mrs. Arlene we were getting her a gift card if she would be patient with us. Again, we thought offering a free gift card to receive the trade-in key was a kind gesture, and we apologize for upsetting Mrs. Arlene for the delayed gift card.
