I bought a used Corvette from Murray Ford First I’d like to say my sales person’s Elizabeth and Alex were great! They were very helpful. My beef is with the General Manager! I purchased a u First I’d like to say my sales person’s Elizabeth and Alex were great! They were very helpful. My beef is with the General Manager! I purchased a used Corvette with a very loud exhaust system. The Murray Ford web ad stated that it had a “Dual Mode Performance Exhaust” and when I got the car home I decided to see why the exhaust was so loud. Come to find out, there were no mufflers installed. I called Elizabeth the next day and told her that the car had no mufflers. She said she would check with the General Manager. She called me back and states that the General Manager will not put mufflers on the car because that is they way that they purchased it and it is the way they are selling it. I feel like they should stand behind a product that they sell and they didn’t. I will not use or recommend Murray Ford to anybody. I give them Two Thumbs down, unfortunately it is because of the treatment from the General Manager. More
