Above and beyond customer service we had a very special circumstance when it came to buying a new vehicle. My father was the one who made the purchased and it was done from his hospit we had a very special circumstance when it came to buying a new vehicle. My father was the one who made the purchased and it was done from his hospital bed after having open heart surgery. Mike Copeland of Murray Ford went above and beyond to assist with this. He helped us to negotiate an out the door deal over the phone and via email within 1 hour and delivered the vehicle and all the purchase paperwork to my father at the hospital. This outstanding customer service is very hard to find these days, and was greatly appreciated more than you could possibly know. We were able to transport my father home from the hospital in his new Ford Edge, without having to worry about how to get him into his Ford F150.. Not only has Mike helped us in a very difficult situation, but he has worked with us over the past 2 weeks to make sure that the sync and other FordPass features are set up. We can't thank Mike Copeland and Murray Ford enough for all of the help with purchasing my fathers new vehicle! We would also like to thank Juliane Bottomley for getting our deal started and finding the vehicle we requested on the dealer sales lot. More
