Don't go there. I had my car totaled and was forced to shop for a new car. The reason I say forced is because I was dreading the car buying experience. I drove onto the lot to JUST LOOK. Before I was completely on the lot a salesman named Sam was right on me asking if he could help and what I was looking for. I told him my situation and said I just wanted to LOOK and this was why I dreaded the process. He persisted until I was in tears. I went home crying and a few days later came home with a used BMW Z4 from Audi of Orange Park. The experience was absolutely wonderful and I felt no pressure at any point in the process. Too bad for Murray Ford. I really wanted to keep my money in Camden County, GA, but the dealership in Jacksonville got my money. Oh, and by the way, I paid cash for the car. More

Mitch remained cool as a cucumber and politely asked them to stop. Pointed out how rude they were being. To the point the young man and his mother even apologized to the salesmen and left. Dont waste your time. After finding a car on the lot my daughter really liked the sales woman brought us in and sat us down to talk numbers and financing. She gave us the n After finding a car on the lot my daughter really liked the sales woman brought us in and sat us down to talk numbers and financing. She gave us the normal asking price and we began the mundane and ridiculous process of trying the get a decent used vehicle for an average price in Camden county. I had done my homework, while my daughter was test driving the car I read the customer reviews for the car, the safety ratings and the NADA pricing for the vehicle with its specific options. The sales woman showed me a service receipt that showed everything the dealership supposedly did to the car at extremely overinflated rates. I looked at it and then handed it back to her. She then came back with a price that was about $1500 over average. All I was asking for was the vehicle to be priced at the same level NADA said it was worth (plus tax, tags and title). She takes my offer back to some hipster with a cool guy complex and he supposedly was "seeing how much they were willing to lose". After a couple minutes he comes over to the table says his name is "mitch" and starts the conversation saying how much money he had to put into the car in the service department to get it up to par. Its a 2016 Mitsubishi with 30k miles, how bad can it be?! My response was "that's not my problem". He then begins to tell me how they are trying to sell quality vehicles and I shouldn't expect to get anything better. My response was "I guess we are done here" and his response was "We've BEEN done"! I guess his little complex couldn't handle someone actually doing their research and understanding what a vehicle is worth. Any person knows when they buy something with intent to resell that they need to take the initial cost + cost to repair or upgrade and that number should be BELOW average so that they can make a profit. No. This dealership decides to provide maintenance at an extremely high markup and then tack it on the price. No thanks. On a good note though the saleswoman was polite, informed and more than willing to try to help. She needs a job at a better dealership. More
