TJ took the time to explain all of the functions and accessories of our GORGEOUS 2019 Ford Explorer. The finance professional walked us through all of our options and contract information. All of the other sales professionals were friendly and shared in our excitement. We left Murray Ford feeling good about our purchase and will gladly go back to them when we are in the market for a new vehicle again! More

Took 2 days just to get a price and this dealer charges $900.00 on a doc fee which is very high to industry standards. To be clear, doc fee is a margin enhancer. They can low ball a cats price and then charge you $900.00 caking it a doc fee. It is margin-period. On the car I was looking at, they were asking $19,800.00. I offered them $19,000,00 and then they start with the fees. Service was very poor and I had to call them 4 times just to get a response. Run, and don’t buy a car from them. Horrible and you will get ripped off. More
Willing to do what it takes to resolve issues I visited Murray Ford in Kingsland and ended up purchasing a 60k truck. My initial interaction with the sales team was great but left much to be desired afterward. Once my paperwork was signed my vehicle was brought from detailing and about one square inch of tint was missing on the from passenger window. Im told it happened while in detail....I’m told to send them the bill and they would take care of it. Ok ... So I leave the dealership and I’m excited to get home to show my family my new truck. When I get home and open the doors up I notice a scratches on the door panels....Who in detail is doing this?? What kind of equipment are they using in detail that causes this kind of damage??? Then I realized the “new” vehicle I just purchased was missing the spare tire because I noticed a dangling cord under the bed of my truck and crawled under to inspect and to my dismay I’m missing my spare... I call the salesman and I’m told they had to order a new one and they would contact me when it comes in. I get a call a two days later and I’m told the tire would be there the following day. I drive for an hour to the dealership so they can install my “new” spare. They didn’t even offer to replenish the fuel I consumed commuting to and from their dealership. They hand me my keys and let me know my spare tire was installed, It rained earlier that day so I did not crawl under the truck to look at the spare even though I thought about it. The next day when I looked at the spare it clearly has signs of wear and was definitely not new. I live too far away for the back and forth drives to fix problems that should be identified by the staff before the vehicle is delivered to the respective owner. Update* 5/10/19- I was contacted after posting this review by a manager who seemed genuinely concerned. I was told that they would send someone to bring me a new tire and that he would follow up with me with regard reimbursing me for the tint that i had to have repaired. I will post an additional update if they follow through. Update* 5/17/19 - One of my salesman (Will) made contact with me and brought me a new spare tire for my vehicle. I also received the reimbursement check from the tint repair. I guess there really isn't a whole lot that could be done about the scratches on my door panels as no resolution was offered for that. They did their best to resolve my issues and for that, my opinion of the dealership has changed and so has my rating. Murray Ford of Kingsland if you are reading this. Thank you for making things right. More

I sent emails out to multiple dealers that had a truck I was interested in, but David at Murray Ford was not only quick, but the first to respond (have yet to hear from the others now a week later). David was a no BS salesman and an absolute joy to be in the company of. He was able to keep the numbers in a reasonable place and the dealer gave me more for my trade than my neighborhood dealer offered. I am very satisfied with my new truck and my buying experience at this dealer. It was worth the 197 mile drive from central Florida. I’ve worked at and visited multiple dealers, but Murray has the best atmosphere hands down. More
