In general, good, In particular, just OK, Good experience except for one issue. We bought a new Escape which had an ugly front license plate frame. We let the salesman know early on that we wanted it removed, but when we returned the next day we noticed it was still there. Asked why he didn't have it removed he replied that it was put on by another dealer and was riveted on. We asked him what could be done about it (like installing a new body panel where the frame was riveted). He never got back to us on it and we are still waiting for his call back, More
