We negotiated price over the phone. They had my Expedition cleaned and ready to go Saturday morning just as Sam promised. TJ took us through the paperwork and test drive ( about 10 miles ) got us familiar with the features. Andy worked out the financial part. Great deal on a great automobile! Drove up from Gainesville Fl. around 10:00 am and were back on the road by 11:45 am. Great selection of Ford vehicles. Will buy from them again when the need arises. More

For the most part it was good. For me there was a few issues The sticker on the windshield differed from the price that was given to me (the sticker was about $500 lower). I asked twice about the price and it was never adjusted to reflect the sticker on the window. Second the truck had apparently been involved in a minor accident. This was not dis loses until after the deal was finished. I did ask for a car fax twice and it was not provided until the next day. This may have influenced whether or not I wanted the vehicle. I did not get to make that choice. More
