From the Greeting to the presenting of the vehicle by Reece Powell, our Salesperson ( btw, they don’t bring you to the vehicle, they bring the vehicle up front. Open all doors and trunks), then with full of “Brand Knowledge”, presents the vehicle to you), before asking my Wife and I, if we would be interested in taking the vehicle for a test drive. But what really blew my mind, was the General Sales Manager, Mitch Denley. After meeting and greeting with him, I told him that we might be interested in his vehicle, and that I had a trade-in. I told him that I don’t want to go back and forth with them, and that I was only interested in his best price of his vehicle, and the best price for my trade in. I will either walk away or I was going to do business with them. Well not only did he honor my request, but said that because I was not just a Veteran, but also a long time resident of Camden County, that he really wants the residents of Camden County to realize that their not only competitive with Jacksonville, but will be here long after this sale. Well when the GSM finally presented us with their best numbers, i literally asked him(Mitch)what other hidden numbers did he “not” put in this equation? He said “this is it”. “You asked me to be straight forward with you”. Well in 2 1/2 hours we owned our first vehicle, purchased in Camden County. To those that helped my Wife and I to obtain our purchased vehicle, We are totally blown away by your hospitality, your Professionalism, and your Honesty. With the price that was given me and my wife, we almost feel obligated to at least consider Murray Ford, when we purchase our next vehicle. More

We negotiated price over the phone. They had my Expedition cleaned and ready to go Saturday morning just as Sam promised. TJ took us through the paperwork and test drive ( about 10 miles ) got us familiar with the features. Andy worked out the financial part. Great deal on a great automobile! Drove up from Gainesville Fl. around 10:00 am and were back on the road by 11:45 am. Great selection of Ford vehicles. Will buy from them again when the need arises. More
