Absolutely the WORST warranty service. It has now been 22 months since the check engine light came on less than 10 miles after purchase. My Ford certified truck has not been fixed, they do not call me back but assured me it would be as soon as the parts came in. I find it hard to believe that Ford can continue to produce vehicles but can't honor their warranty. I suspect the problem is management at Murray Ford. I honestly believe Murray Kingsland new the truck was defective and reset the check engine light to get it off the lot. I called the corporate service manager, explained the problem, he was checking into it. He did not call me back either. I am buying a new truck this month and I have had 4 Ford trucks in the past 20 years and loved all of them. Because of Murray Kingsland I will probably never own another Ford product. This dealership likes to screw people over. I’ve dealt with them since 2017, on and off due to my ex husband. First off I’ll start with back then when I traded a 2015 Camaro for some 13 edge. W I’ve dealt with them since 2017, on and off due to my ex husband. First off I’ll start with back then when I traded a 2015 Camaro for some 13 edge. Well Needless to say 3 days into buying the edge, it had multiple issues wrong with it and they refused to help. A year down the road and the car was still just a huge lemon. Ended up trading it in for an escape, well went through a divorce and ended up being stuck with the escape… fast track to the last week, they “worked up a deal and got me approved to take over the escape” then they decided to change their mind and claimed “the ex decided to sale it to them, after I had already been approved and was waiting for paperwork… David then replied, “people from his company was coming to take the car” in reality they pull up on private property at 1am and it was not the ford dealership employees, it was the ex husband. Cameras have caught the whole thing! They never truly bought the escape! They are liars and I highly recommend no one use them! I currently have a lawyer who is invested in taking them down for their wrong doings. More

David Strickland made the whole process easy. I have a mustang ordered and he has been helpful with that whole process as well. With chip shortages and unknown delivery we needed a cheap point A to point B car so I contacted David about a EcoSport. The only thing we have to get used to is having a quiet car. This is our first compact SUV and our only non V8. Despite that we are all very happy with the EcoSport. It had some bad reviews on a rough ride but not sure where those came from. It's a great ride, quiet, great on fuel, & has plenty of room for the 4 of us. I was a little concerned about the back seat space being small. I rode in the back and put my daughter up front. I am 6' and had plenty of room and was comfortable. It seems tight getting in but the way the front seats are angled in the back I had pleanty of leg room. It is a really practical point A to point B car. I would reccomend it at this point and we have only been driving it for 4 days. More

My truck tags were stolen off the back of the truck while on their lot. They told me it wasn't their problem and they aren't liable. I've never had this happen at any other dealership. More
I contacted this dealership about a truck. They stated over the phone that the vehicle was still available and that they would put the vehicle on “reserve” for me. I told them that I lived about an hour a over the phone that the vehicle was still available and that they would put the vehicle on “reserve” for me. I told them that I lived about an hour away and that I would head down. After driving the 87 miles with my one year old son I arrive to the dealership only to find that the vehicle was on a test drive another person who would soon be the new owner of said truck. My gas tank was filled up by them as a “sorry for the inconvenience” and I was sent on my way back home. I don’t have a problem with them selling the vehicle but don’t promise me it’s available and to hold it when it’s not knowing that I was driving from 90 miles away. Would not recommend doing business with them if this is how they operate. I will add that Sam was extremely nice and helpful and I’m sure is a great salesman. More
We bought a car from there a couple months ago. They sold us a car that had a lot of problems. For example,they didn’t put any oil in it. They sold me a car that had bugs in it. The spark plugs were complete us a car that had a lot of problems. For example,they didn’t put any oil in it. They sold me a car that had bugs in it. The spark plugs were completely burnt. When I put it in reverse on occasion the car won’t even move. I would not recommend anybody go to this dealership. I feel that it was completely and utterly disrespectful to sell somebody a car with this many problems. Not to mention they fixed it enough to where it wouldn’t have any problems for about a month so that when the problems did started to pop up it would be on me. That’s completely disrespectful. this was my first car and I was so excited to come to this dealership. So disappointed. More
