WAY to much pressure & rude We went there with the objective to drive a brand new F150 home same-day. From the website we were under the impression we would get the cash incentiv We went there with the objective to drive a brand new F150 home same-day. From the website we were under the impression we would get the cash incentives/discounts and the 0% APR for 84 months. The sales rep was very pushy to get my husband to sign a paper that said he agrees to buy a vehicle if they agree on the terms. We were not prepared to sign anything until we saw hard numbers including monthly payment and APR should we not qualify for the 0% APR. When my husband said he didn't want to sign the paper until we could get more information the sales rep basically said okay well then have a nice day and good luck with your search. We didn't even get to the point where they run his credit. Jose was friendly and polite until we wouldn't sign the paper. Very disappointed in their service, attitude and the fact that we have to somewhere else to buy our brand new vehicle. More
