Murray Ford is trash and its salespeople are liars. Don’t trust them ever. I had researched several vehicles online and was calling around attempting to buy a vehicle. I spoke with Julieana Poor and we tried over the course of an hour or so to work out how I could get to the dealership and buy a vehicle. I couldn’t make it that day and so I told her I would try again in a couple of weeks when I could get there, and I left it at that. Shortly thereafter, Julieana texted and said, “My manager said $1,000 deposit we take it offline and off the lot until you can get here and get it!”. I gave my card and $1,000 taken. I then booked flights to get there and hotels to stay at on the date I had given Julieana from the beginning. However, before I could get down there, Julieana is calling and texting me pressuring me to buy the vehicle sight unseen because they have other buyers interested. She sends me numbers that are $6K more than the asking price online. The vehicle was never taken offline as promised. And Julieana and the manager, Belal Shaban refused to take my call. I have called repeatedly asking for Belal and he has refused to take or return my call. I expect better out of a Ford dealership! Of course, they gave me the $1,000 back however they refused to help reimburse the flight or hotel expense I paid based on their promise. They took money to hold a vehicle and then refused to honor that hold. These guys are absolute trash and liars. Don’t trust them as far as you can throw them. They give used car dealers a bad name and that’s saying something. More

When I gave him the bill for $165 he acted as if it wasn’t discussed. He then went and got his sales manager Kaden Taylor and he wanted to play semantic games by asking if we said that we’d pay. We just made a deal for a total of $70,000 and they were willing to lose a future customer over $165-Good for you Daniel and Kaden, my next vehicle will not be a Ford and my advice to all of my friends and family is to go elsewhere. I took my car in for service on a leaking sunroof and was told it was repaired and fully tested and no more leak. That's not the upsetting part, my sunroof shade got destroyed and now hangs when I open it. M told it was repaired and fully tested and no more leak. Murray first agreed to fix it until figured out cost and then gave me every excuse from the service tech didn't touch it to' its gonna be over 2000.00 to fix"per so called CEO. Business was extremely bad for them at that time due to the chip shortage. Let me just preface this with, they came to me, I did not go to them looking to purchase a used Bronco. They told me that my newly purchased 2021 Explorer was steadily loosing its value, and that I needed to get out of it as soon as possible. David (sales rep) called us in 03/17/2023, while in Charleston for my husband’s birthday to request that we come into the dealership to see a new Bronco just off the truck. We did (ending my husband’s birthday travel early) to look at the vehicle. I agreed to purchase that vehicle. Mitch came into David’s office stating that the used Bronco had lost so much value that he was afraid he’d lose his job over the agreement previously made. Asked us to give him a few days. No call. New Bronco arrived 06/28/2023. No one called. Went in on 07/04/2023; finding my Bronco on their lot with an inflated price. When I asked David & Mitch why my Bronco was on their lot, Mitch approached me in a very aggressive manner, telling me I needed to speak with him in his office. I am a female, and requested that another sales rep come with me. At that time, Mitch started screaming at me, on the sales room floor to “get out!” He also stated “I am not the one;” further yelling to “get out” while pointing at the door. I had to call Kingsland PD to file a report showing that they were refusing me my purchase. My husband and I have either purchased, or sent them 26 car deals within the past several years. There will never be another one. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by anyone, much less a business. Did I mention that they failed to refund my deposit on the new Bronco, even after deciding to sell it on their lot? They’re also avoiding having to accept the overly inflated ($62,000) used Bronco that they promised to buy back. More

Great costumer service before purchasing the vehicle… then things went downhill. The day I planned to purchase a vehicle, I was called countless times (at least every 30 minutes throughout the whole day) then things went downhill. Days after purchasing the vehicle, there were major issues with the transmission. I barely even programmed the radio to my favorite stations. When I called the service department about the issues I was having, I was told to take it to a different dealer. I have been trying for over a week to get in contact with the salesman who sold me the vehicle for other concerns, even after they gave me their card and told me to call them anytime for anything! Crazy how they blowed my phone up before purchasing the vehicle and now they’re nowhere to be found. Thank goodness it was "certified" with no problems. If I could, I would return the vehicle and purchase somewhere else. I wish their Shazam slogan would have my vehicle fixed so I would be able to drive it. More

Took our vehicle in for warranty repairs and the warranty did not cover the repairs, which was fine and completely understandable. What was not understandable was getting a surprise bill for the labor to diagnosis whether or not the warranty would cover it. (Which we could have diagnosed ourselves if we knew there would be a charge. We only came in because of the warranty). This should have been communicated when dropping the vehicle off or prior to spending that amount of time on it. A call could have been made to ask if we wanted them to do that and what it would cost. While this shows the clear lack of customer service, what really pushed me to leave this review was the fact one of the pieces that needed repair came back more broken than when we sent it in. This was a clearly broken part that did not need to be disassembled to be diagnosed. So basically we paid them to break our vehicle. If you value customer service do not go here. This experience was solely with the service department and not sales; however, if this is how they treat customers in one area I’m sure it happens in others as well so we definitely would not make future purchases from this dealership. They tried to use YoYo car selling on us. Even though we stuck to our principles we were able to succeed. They practiced retaliation tactics. I just am amazed at the unprofessional manner in which we were treated. I am sure Mr Murray would not appreciate it. More
Worst place ever, they lie to get you in the vehicle, sale you warranty you don’t need and after getting warranty they don’t help you at all cause they can’t part, when you call the dealer the rude and d sale you warranty you don’t need and after getting warranty they don’t help you at all cause they can’t part, when you call the dealer the rude and don’t want to help in anyway, overcharge on the vehicle, tell after so long you can refinance and lower the payment, which turned out to be another lie cause the truck isn’t worth half of what they finance it so no other finance will touch you so they screw all the way around, but that’s okay at least they made a sale, once you sign they don’t care about you are the vehicle, I would never tell anybody to go there, I honestly don’t see how they sleep at nite.
