From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. My wife and I new what we wanted when we went to test drive a 2020 Explorer so that made the process very easy. From start to finish this was the BEST car buying experience we have had by far. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was waiting for us out front and we were greeted immediately by Mike who handled everything while Mercedes wrapped up another transaction. Mike was honest, helpful and made us feel extremely comfortable. We never felt pressured and Mike treated us like family. The financing process with Alan was the fastest I have ever experienced. We were dreading dragging our little ones to the dealership to sign paperwork, but Alan made the process fast for us and our kids. He even got us a better deal then we originally thought we were going to get. I just want to say thank you to everyone at Murray Ford for making this such an amazing experience.
