Murray Ford Kingsland responded

Customer purchased a 2010 fusion for their son. During the test drive the airbag light came on. To err on the side of caution, we gave the customer a 2018 Honda accord to drive until the airbag light was repaired. The car was purchased on a Saturday, and we had the part ordered, installed, and delivered to their home by Wednesday. We delivered this car over an hour away not to inconvenience the customer. To be clear, the customer knew the airbag light was on prior to writing the check and agreed to us repairing the vehicle. Our actions were to simply put the customers safety first, and to show we value our customers time. Traditionally dealers do not let you borrow a vehicle 8 years newer, but we thought it was a safe vehicle for their son to drive. We apologize for the customers view of this situation, but we feel we went above and beyond in this situation.
