I have been shopping for a Ford expedition for about six months. I was looking for a very particular equipped expedition and wanted a great deal. A few sales people Robert Trude and Francisco are the one months. I was looking for a very particular equipped expedition and wanted a great deal. A few sales people Robert Trude and Francisco are the ones that come to mind have maintained contact with me and did everything to help me. Gave me great advice that helped me in my search at Tim's with other dealers. A manager named Austin treated me as if I was his relative. I've never met these people or bought anything from them. I'm not even local to them. Let me be clear I have dealt with at least 50 dealers during my search and no one has come close to this service. Prices were outstanding too. Unfortunately, I was forced to purchase the expedition from a different dealer who treated me well as well as they had the vehicle I wanted. Despite that I am still writing this review due to the exemplary level of service provided by Murray Ford. I will always contact them for future purchases. Call them. If you are local pay more even though they did beat prices on everyone just didn't have the one the wife wanted that service is forgotten in today's time. More
