Best dealership around with the best warranties for new and used, I got a used 2016 f150 from them with the best warranty they offer and it paid off, I had issues with my rear axle and steering which were and used, I got a used 2016 f150 from them with the best warranty they offer and it paid off, I had issues with my rear axle and steering which were both fully covered in the warranty saving me over $8,000 , they made the buying part as painless as possible and there service is unmatched, I couldn’t ask for more out of them. Wasn't a pleasant experience! Sales Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. He was offensive, demeaning and degrading when mentioning my credit score. I was lied to about the warranty offered for the car. Once the car was purchased and going over final details, the Rude Sales Managed advised me that the car did not come with the warranty that the salesman offered when persuading me to purchase the car in question. Just seems like their only concern was my money and not my experience. They got my address for delivery, they delivered my car and I haven't heard from them since. . No phone call to ensure everything is ok with the car, to see if I had any questions about my paperwork, my payment dates, NOTHING! I reached out to the salesman who assisted me, for a couple of concerns with the car... NO RESPONSE. I will NEVER buy a car from them again!!! More

Purchased car sight unseen from on line. . Great condition. They agreed to deliver the car and just as they went to deliver it they said that there was an issue with the sunroof. When it was delivered they where correct in that the sunroof was non-operable. Then took it to my local mechanic as there was an issue with the AC and found a wobble with the rear wheel. They came back took the car and gave a a beautiful RAM truck as a loaner. Wish I had money! Waiting on the results but this is great customer service! More
