I purchased my Ram on May 26, 2022. I did the usual negation over the phone with 2 salesperson. Everything was all set then another sales manager came into the mix, he wanted a non refu I did the usual negation over the phone with 2 salesperson. Everything was all set then another sales manager came into the mix, he wanted a non refundable deposit which I told him to keep the truck I'd go elsewhere. We came to terms. I was already prompted to give 10's on the Mopar survey, then this manager started prompting about it, I told him I filled these out before and don't need instructions. The truck was delivered but there were no copies left of the documents I just signed. I called about an hour after the gentlemen left with my trade and was told the papers would be sent. It is now June 11th, I called numerous times each time being told something different. I'm 72 yrs old and I am OldSchool. I own my own business for 28 yrs, still work, we do very good work with the customer always first and the positive reviews come in without asking. This dealership should DO IT'S xxxx JOB! I am holding back on filling out the Mopar survey for a possible better review. It is not my intention to tarnish or demean any person or this organization.
