Amazing customer service, he always makes everything so easy and is great at providing call updates! I was glad Murgado was able to look into my car in a timely manner but was disappointed that they were not able to address the issue I came in with (interior windows fogging up quickly in 30 degree weat timely manner but was disappointed that they were not able to address the issue I came in with (interior windows fogging up quickly in 30 degree weather or colder). I was also even more disappointed in the fact that the team popped my tire while putting it onto the lift. I did appreciate that they were able to rush over a new tire and have it fixed in the same day but still obviously disappointed it happened in the first place. More
