Grant is great and he gives good customer care. I prefer this location. I only wish Lincoln was better at informing me of recalls. I have to ask every time I come in if the recall parts are in. One of my problems was the rear seat of my F150 would fall down. It wasn't secure like it should be and I mentioned that. When my truck was all fixed, I left and found they did not fix the seat at all fall down. It wasn't secure like it should be and I mentioned that. I never had a problem with them going up and now I need to go back there to get it "fixed" again. More

They do not have loaner cars. My oil change took 1.5 hours and I watched the mechanic sit and talk and do nothing. Told me they did 100 point check but never really did.
