I was glad Murgado was able to look into my car in a timely manner but was disappointed that they were not able to address the issue I came in with (interior windows fogging up quickly in 30 degree weat timely manner but was disappointed that they were not able to address the issue I came in with (interior windows fogging up quickly in 30 degree weather or colder). I was also even more disappointed in the fact that the team popped my tire while putting it onto the lift. I did appreciate that they were able to rush over a new tire and have it fixed in the same day but still obviously disappointed it happened in the first place. More

Same day service! Great service. I was greeted by Levern upon arrival to the service area. He immediately had someone get my truck in for service. Jessica was kinda nice but the car was not completely fixed there was a censor left on that they did not turn off that is going to drain the battery. even tho the battery is warentied my car is my work a fixed there was a censor left on that they did not turn off that is going to drain the battery. even tho the battery is warentied my car is my work and i cannot afford this again. This censor was on prior to giving them the car and they should have turned it off as i mentioned it to them. This seems like a money grab as i will have to pay 200 dollars again just to have you look at it. Until this is made right. I will not be recommending this dealership. Even tho the person who helped me, Jessica was somewhat nice…at the end of the day I am there to get my car fixed…and i doubt they are nice enough to lend me 200 dollars to have you look at it again to fix what you left wrong with it. This was a scam and I wish that I looked at another dealership. I will post about this on google but will change my review if made right . Additionally there is now a noise that was not there prior to the car being serviced. They should turn on the car for ppl before having you pay. Which i asked for but if i remember correctly, was told it was an inconvenience. More
