While taking my vehicle in for a recall an evaluation was done to see if the windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced. It didn't. After leaving the dealership it began to rain and upon turning on the wi done to see if the windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced. It didn't. After leaving the dealership it began to rain and upon turning on the wipers they didn't work properly while before the visit all was fine. I will say they quickly fixed it the next day but I did have to return and spend another hour of my time getting it back to working properly. More

I took in a 1999 ford ranger with a check engine light recently on. I paid for a $289 inspection but was told afterward that no work could be done on the truck because its age meant all the parts would be recently on. Given the truck’s age, it would have been apparent that this was likely going to be the result of an inspection from the start but I was not told this until I had already paid $289. If it was likely no work could be done because of the truck’s age, I should have been informed before paying $289. More
