We were passed around to multiple people and everything took forever. Nobody was ever on the same page with pricing. Manager was super salesy and condescending. Professional and friendly staff. Comfortable waiting areas. Only complaints were I asked for a complete price quote for new tires before ordering. After getting tires installed many Comfortable waiting areas. Only complaints were I asked for a complete price quote for new tires before ordering. After getting tires installed many hidden fees were added that were not disclosed prior to installation including gloves the mechanics wear during service.. Approximately $400 of additional fees were added above my original quote. Was also told by at least 3 staff members it would take about two hours to complete the Service. The service took 4 1/2 hours to install four new tires. I had not planned that time allowance in my day I was waiting in the service lounge. The tires however are high quality and I am happy with them. More

Attempted to over charge us for brake pads, a battery, and a coolant leak. Got lower quotes at two other places. Terrible communication. Did not call or contact after car had been assessed.
