The automated system to the dealership has to be the worst i have ever experienced. I tried getting a hold of someone in the service department and the automated system wanted me to input an extension n worst i have ever experienced. Nobody called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. My vehicle was in the service department longer than it should of been because nobody communicated with me. Had to take a UBER to pick up my vehicle hoping it was ready because I did not want to bother anyone to take me to the dealership because I didn't want to waste thier time if my vehicle wasn't ready. I had better service when it was the previous owners FOX FORD. You need to really fix the automated telephone system. This would of helped me out alot. Next time I'll find another FORD dealership that is more reliable. More

My car took three hours for an oil change. I did not get any of the manufactures recalls done although they said they would do them. This service station was unprofessional taking walk ins bef I did not get any of the manufactures recalls done although they said they would do them. Honestly I would go to this location as a last resort but I would be afraid that the work done would not be adequate. Lastly, my tps was not completed leaving me to have to schedule another inconvenient appointment. I would not recommend to friends nor family. More
