Twice I asked the service dept guy to check something that was stuck in the tire. I was assured he would have it checked. It was never checked. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this dealership, and I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice before making the same mistake I did. I’ve been meticulous about maintaining my car for the last 6 years, never missing an oil change or maintenance service. After moving to the city, I decided to switch to a dealership closer to my new home, and that’s where everything went downhill. During my first visit, I was told I needed 4 new tires and that my coolant was leaking. I paid $400 for them to test the coolant, and they assured me everything seemed fine but recommended I return in a month for another check. The very next day, my tire blew out on the highway. That alone was a huge red flag, but things only got worse. When I brought the car back for the coolant issue, I was told it would be an hour-long wait, which ended up being 3.5 hours. After that, I was informed that they needed to keep the car overnight for further testing but assured me there were no issues, and it was safe to drive. I declined to leave the car overnight since I had plans out of town and was told to wait another 20 minutes while they "put it back together." When I drove home, my car began jerking uncontrollably. I called them immediately, and they essentially said there was nothing they could do until Monday. To make matters worse, they had no available loaner cars, even though I’m 5 months pregnant and unable to risk being without a car. On Monday, the service manager, Julio, called and suddenly blamed the issue on my spark plugs, claiming it would cost $804 for two new ones. He said Ford might help cover the cost, and later told me they would cover 50%, leaving me with a $402 bill. However, when my husband picked up the car, they said there had been an error and the actual cost was only $82. This entire situation screams dishonesty and a lack of professionalism. What started as a simple routine oil change has turned into a complete nightmare. This dealership clearly lacks integrity, and I can’t believe I almost bought a Ford Mustang SUV from them — a decision that would’ve made it our 14th Ford vehicle. I’ll never buy another Ford, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from this place. They are a scam, and my family will never return More
