Although I brought my car in for a simple check as to why the low tire pressure light was on the car still received a full evaluation. This really put my mind at ease. Plus, they found a nail in a tire. A simple low cost patch remedied the situation. The wait time was over an hour, but the warm chocolate chip cookies helped to pass the time in a good way:-). More

It took over three weeks to get my vehicle in for service. I I was told that there were no loners available. Then they couldn’t complete all repairs because some of them had to be approved by the factory. I have I was told that there were no loners available. I have had my MKT back for almost a week and still no call about fixing the stitching on the door panel. I was also not given my car report. I have the extended warranty and expect Fox to honor it.
