I did have warranty but IAS WARRANTY was outside of Ford. So I re-enter my FordPass and my ford 5 year warranty appeared. But the ISA warranty didn’t appear under my name onFordPass. 20K miles check up I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment and was quickly and nicely greeted by Anibal who proceeded to check my vehicle.
