Efficient, friendly. I arrived and the line was long but Rebecca came out to my car and checked me in within a couple of minutes. And then I approve it, which kicks off the process. Brilliant idea, as it gets rid of one person trying to get ahold of another etc. My suggestion for the future (and I've seen this in other dealers. The estimation process (and what is estimated is different than the billing. The estimate shows some attributes, the bill breaks it down differently, and reconciling the two is almost impossible. The issue of course is when the two don't match by a significant amount. So my suggestion is to make the bill and the estimate look the same in terms of how the total is calculated. More
