Heather at the service desk was really nice and very helpful, great personality. It was my first trip back to the dealer since we purchased our 2018 Ecosport Titanium from the used car lot. Only had 17 helpful, great personality. It was my first trip back to the dealer since we purchased our 2018 Ecosport Titanium from the used car lot. Only had 17 miles on it, so it was brand new for us! Decided to get the 10k maintenance package instead of just the oil change.
