This will not be the case when you have Boris taking care of you. He did a great job answering my questions and calling me as soon as he had the information. It made a big difference. The service hours here are also wide ranging making it convenient to drop off/pick up a vehicle on your schedule. More

Had a tire blowout then blown away by the service received. I hit a pothole which blew out my tire. I had to put on my mini spare since it was Sunday. Nick at Fox Lincoln offered to pick my vehicle up at my work in Elk Grove Village which is just under 20 miles from the dealership in an hour! Sure enough, Eric showed up promptly at 9:00 a.m. Eric asked when I get off work and I said 5:00 p.m. Eric left and said he will be back around 4:00 with my car washed and fixed.
