They could do a much better job with customer service. When I’ve taken my car in, they always ask me what I’m there for, even though my appointment is in their computer. Also, one time when the part that When I’ve taken my car in, they always ask me what I’m there for, even though my appointment is in their computer. Also, one time when the part that was on back order didn’t come in within their prescribed window, they deleted the service ticket and just left me hanging. I had to call and follow up when I didn’t hear from them and then the process started all over again. This latest time I took my car in for an issue and they said it would be two weeks for the part. It has now been 6 weeks. I called about 3 weeks ago to check status and they said there was no record of my issue - apparently because it wasn’t logged in the system due to it not being resolved. When I pressed, they called Parts and found my issue. At that point they told me the part was on back order and it would be in by the end of June. Then the day before yesterday I got a call from them saying the part won’t be in until mid-July. I seriously wonder if that will be true. I’m not at all happy with the practice of not keeping parts in stock. More

The service tech was pleasant and attentive. She did make excuses for everything that was on my mind about the car. There was an issue with my windshield washer pump and Murgado was going to charge me $700 to repair it and I had my local ASCE Certified mechanic look at it and he fixed it for nothing. It was that simple. More
