Initially, I was told I could wait for my car during recall service, which was scheduled well in advance. When I arrived, I was told this was not the case and that it was an all-day job. Everything for the services were good however I added the oil change to the safety recall at the dealership because they offer a car wash. Also I asked if had been cleaned when I got the notification that the car was ready to be picked up and was texted yes it was cleaned.
