I've been going to Fox Ford Lincoln for a couple of years at this point. Each time I've gone it has been a lovely encounter. The science between the staff is unbelievable. April made certain that the work got done while I waited. My 5 yr old battery died. Called Ford roadside service at 2:44. The tow truck came at 3:30 and jumped it so I could drive to the dealer. The service department is great. Just wish they had loaner cars available. This alone might make me rethink getting another Ford.
