I scheduled a 60000 mile full-service oil change and inspection online, but when I arrived, Mike told me he the online scheduling portal is only for non-commercial vehicles - unfortunately there's nothing on the site that alerts you to that. It's all cool now that I know I should call and schedule over the phone next time. But if possible, a small update to the site could be helpful for other fleet/commercial customers. More
